Use of the App

YOYO Product Photo is provided as a product photo creation and export utility. Users are responsible for the photos and files they import, edit, export, share, or publish.

No Marketplace Approval Guarantee

The app may include marketplace-oriented presets, image checks, and export suggestions. These tools are checklist assistance only. We do not guarantee approval, ranking, conversion, or acceptance by Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, eBay, Mercari, social platforms, or any other marketplace.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions or one-time purchases through App Store In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment handling are governed by the applicable store platform. Users can manage subscriptions through their Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

The free version may show ads. Paid entitlements remove ads in the app according to the feature set available at the time of purchase.

User Content and Rights

Users retain responsibility for ensuring they have rights to use, edit, export, and publish imported images, product names, SKU values, and generated outputs. Users must not use the app to violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

Local Processing

The app is designed around local photo processing and does not provide cloud backup, cloud sync, online marketplace upload, or account recovery services. Users are responsible for keeping backups of important source photos and exported files.

Limitations

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Image processing results may vary depending on photo quality, background complexity, device capabilities, and user edits.

Changes

We may update these Terms when app features, legal requirements, or store requirements change. Continued use of the app after an update means the updated terms apply.
